I havent used this app for long, but so far it seems much better than the other free language apps Ive tried.

One of the best

This is a great app. Its really nice as an introduction to common Swedish words. There are so many ways to reinforce the vocabulary with this app and this is a huge bonus. The voices are so clear and its all very easy to use. The only thing thats glaringly absent is any discussion of grammar. Otherwise its a great app and I highly recommend!

Great practice tool for single words, but not sentence fluency or grammar. Great for someone who knows the mechanics of the language really well, but needs help with specific words.

Helped me learn a lot

Pro: Recordings of native speakers; can record yourself as well and play it back to hear your pronunciation. Nice pictures to associate with the words. Con: No grammar, just word. Some bugs with sound recordings. Really obnoxious about asking for a review.

They have hit on a playful way to tap into my competitive nature while teaching me Swedish, which is otherwise difficult for me to learn. Bra!

Helps you get familiar with the basics

Using this app to help teach my preschool a new language. Very helpful, if Im having difficulty pronouncing a word I play the app. The children really enjoy Swedish.
